Receiving Your Order
A signed acknowledgement of receipt will be required upon delivery. If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from the local courier's depot or request another delivery date.
Before the dispatch of your goods, you may request special arrangements (for example to leave with a neighbour or other secure location of your choosing) which we will follow at your risk, as the insurance may become null and void. The goods will not be held by the local courier for longer than their defined period, after which they will be returned to us to await your further instructions. You will be charged the courier's return carriage rates and later reshipment costs.
Your Right to Cancel
If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt and then providing you are able to return the goods in the original packaging and in new condition.
Amending Your Order Before Dispatch
In addition to your legal rights and obligations, should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on 0118 330 0055 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org up until the point of its dispatch to you or a third party.
After you have received your goods, you can return any item for a refund or exchange as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Simply call us on 0118 330 0055 and request a returns number or fill out the form here. A returns label will be provided via e-mail to ensure all returns details are correct but you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
If a product fails within 14 days of receiving it, we will collect it, repair and/or replace it and return it to you at no cost. Should a product fail after 14 days, you will need to return it to us for repair under the terms of the individual product's guarantee. Call 0118 330 0055 and request a returns number and describe the fault. A returns label will be provided via e-mail to ensure all returns details are correct. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product. If the product is under warrantee we will return the item, repaired at no extra cost.
